KINE 3201 - Exercise Programming Lab1 credit hour This laboratory course is designed to give students the knowledge and understanding necessary to prepare for a personal training certification exam and become effective personal trainers. The course content will help students learn how to facilitate rapport, adherence, self-efficacy and behavior change in clients, as well as design programs that help healthy and special population clients to improve posture, movement, flexibility, balance, core function, cardiorespiratory fitness, and muscular endurance and strength. This laboratory course is taken in conjunction with KINE 3200 Exercise Programming.
Prerequisite Course(s): Grade of C- in KINE 2300/2301 Co-requisite Course(s): KINE 3200
