KINE 3200 - Exercise Programming4 credit hours Formerly - SPEX 3510 The course content will help students learn how to design comprehensive fitness programs that help healthy and special population clients to improve posture, movement, flexibility, balance, core function, cardiorespiratory fitness, and muscular strength and endurance. Students will also learn to facilitate rapport, adherence, self-efficacy and behavior change in clients so they can achieve the goals. This course is designed to give students the knowledge and understanding necessary to prepare for the American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer Certification Exam and become effective Personal Trainers.
