KINE 4201 - Principles of Strength and Conditioning Lab1 credit hour Formerly - SPEX 3221 The course will provide a comprehensive study of theory and methods associated with the development of maximal strength, power, and anaerobic capacity. Students will integrate prior theoretical knowledge of physiology and biomechanics to develop strength and conditioning training programs aimed at improving athletic performance. Students will learn how to conduct assessments of athletic performance, including tests of strength and power, aerobic endurance, speed, and change of direction.
