KINE 4200 - Principles of Strength and Conditioning

4 credit hours
Formerly - SPEX 3220
The course will provide a comprehensive study of theory and methods associated with the development of maximal strength, power, and anaerobic capacity. Students will integrate prior theoretical knowledge of physiology and biomechanics to develop strength and conditioning training programs aimed at improving athletic performance.
