MLSC 1020 - Basic Leadership I

2 credit hours
Expands upon the fundamentals introduced in the previous term by focusing on communications, leadership, and problem solving. Personal development continues through life skills lessons in problem solving, goal setting, interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, and assertiveness skills. Students will also learn land navigation skills required to be successful during the winter Leadership Lab. The course will allow students to continue to develop their own unique leadership style.
