DIUS 3130 - Cardiac Sonography II

4 credit hours
Cardiac Sonography II is the second quarter of a three-quarter specialty series in the Diagnostic Ultrasound (DIUS) program. This course expands upon the normal criteria presented in Cardiac Sonography I to examine abnormal and pathologic conditions of the adult heart.  This course will further examine the role of the Sonographer in following current industry best practices in complex care situations.

Registration Restriction(s): Majors only
Prerequisite Course(s): DIUS 3030 Cardiac Sonography I
Co-requisite Course(s): DIUS 3131 Cardiac Lab II
