HIST 4020 - Alexander the Great, Greeks, and Others: Research Seminar

Seminar on the Greek political and cultural context in which Alexander built his short-lived empire and the complex group interactions of the so-called Hellenistic period that followed his death. Students complete a 20-30 page research paper on an aspect of this history using written and material primary sources.
