NURS 3205 - Pathophysiology5 credit hours A conceptual approach to alterations in structure and function resulting from stressors on the human body. Course will review the cellular and molecular basis of these alterations. The course will examine pathophysiologic mechanisms of disease such as inflammation, genetic alterations, immune responses, and alteration in the functions of body systems.
Registration Restriction(s): Nursing or Diagnostic Ultrasound Majors only. Prerequisite Course(s): MATH-1010 or above; CHEM-1200 or above; BIOL-1100 or above
