HUMT 3720 - Leadership for Social Change

This course explores the notion that you are an instrument of power who can create social change. Leadership can be learned, and it is best developed by observing others and through your own experimentation. Through the use of case-in-point teaching, the class will function as a laboratory for each of us to make progress on our own leadership development. The experience will fundamentally alter how you view the functions of leadership and authority, enabling you to make progress on today’s most pressing challenges.
