BIOL 3650 - Marine Biology5 credit hours
Study of the marine environment, with a focus on ecology and diversity of marine systems. A combination of foundational marine science concepts and contemporary applied marine conservation issues will be explored. Small group discussions will synthesize information from readings, lectures, and field activities. Three lecture and four laboratory hours per week.
Prerequisite Course(s): BIOL 1610/1611, 1620/1621, 1630/1631 (all with C or better); BIOL 2350 recommended
