STML 515 - Cross-Cultural Leadership

Building on pastoral experience, this course integrates concepts related to diversity and multiculturalism with strategies for leading congregations toward change. Rooted in theologies of enculturation, it links theological and biblical understandings of themes such as “the other”,hospitality, wonder and inclusion, with current leadership skills for organizational change. Tools for assessing personal growth issues and analyzing congregationsÆ social context are also included.
