STMA 577 - UCC History and Polity II3 Examines the way the United Church of Christ (UCC) is organized and governed, focusing specifically on the Manual On Ministry and other documents that guide decision-making in the UCC. Students will learn how the UCC participates in God’s Mission of being the church by examining what it means to do pastoral ministry in the UCC and how our mission and social actions are grounded in our theology.
