NPLR 555 - Strategic Planning for Public and Nonprofit Organizations

Understanding the function of strategic, long range and tactical planning, developing the framework and tools to design a variety of planning models, motivating and managing stakeholder involvement with different planning initiatives, integrating learning organization and systems principles, creating vision mission, values, strategic thinking. Open to students not in the MNPL cohort. Cross-listed with PUBM 567 and NPLR 455.
