NPLR 525 - Leadership and Interpersonal Behavior for Nonprofit Executives6 Theoretical and applied knowledge about concepts of leadership, leadership styles and situations, communication skills, techniques of inspiration, motivation, conflict resolution, negotiating and building consensus, coping with change, and fostering innovation.
