NURS 5115 - Project Management for Health Care Services

3 credit hours
This course covers the skills needed for health care informatics project planning, scheduling and controlling across complex systems. The application of project management software will be examined in depth as well as other techniques of planning, scheduling and controlling projects. In addition, team management strategies, change theory and workign across interdisciplinary teams will be explored. Registration restrictions may be bypassed by the department with permission of instructor.
