BRMB 5245 - Legal Aspects of Business3 credit hours Formerly - BRMB 522 This course applies the areas of contracts, employment law, intellectual property, product liability, torts, and international law to the business environment. The course also examines corporate governance and the various legal structures including corporations, partnerships and LLCs. Finally, the course will expose students to the U.S. legal system and the role of legal counsel in advising businesses within the legal environment.
