NURS 5049 - Management of Gynecologic Health: Clinical Practicum3 credit hours Formerly - NURS 549 Clinical practicum focusing on the management of women’s health from adolescence to old age. Developmental, preconceptual, interconceptual, and postpartum assessment, as well as the assessment and management of common episodic and chronic conditions of women in primary care settings, including culturally diverse, vulnerable and global populations. Case-based learning in scheduled seminars and a minimum of 150 hours of clinical practice. Registration restrictions may be bypassed by the department with permission of instructor.
