STMM 5020 - The Church through the Ages: Ever Ancient, ever New (49 to 1965 A.D.)3 credit hours Formerly - STMM 502 This course in Ecclesiology examines the trajectory of the People of God seeking to discern the Spirit working in and through the Church and through the signs of the times to lead towards the realization of the Kingdom of God. It offers multiple perspectives of theological reflection on the Church as the Sacrament of Christ’s compassionate presence in the world–from the Council of Jerusalem to the Second Vatican Council.
