Anthropology and Sociology Minor

Requirements

In order to earn a minor in Anthropology and Sociology, students must complete 30 credits of approved courses with a grade point average of 2.00, including:

ANSO 2000 - Introduction to Anthropology and Sociology
ANSO 3130 - Critical Methodologies

Choose two of the following courses (10 credits):

ANSO 3010 - Political Economy and Intersectional Justice
ANSO 3020 - Race, Ethnicity, and Intersectional Justice
ANSO 3030 - Gender, Sexuality, and Intersectional Justice
ANSO 3040 - The Human/Non-Human World

Choose electives from ANSO, ANTH, and SOCL courses: (10 credits)

NOTES:

Transfer students must take at least 15 upper-division ANSO, ANTH, or SOCL credits at Seattle University for the minor.
