Communication and Media Minor

Requirements

In order to earn a minor in communication and media, students must complete 30 credits in communication with a grade point average of 2.00, including:

Complete the following two courses:

CMME 2000 - Introduction to Media Studies
CMME 2010 - Introduction to Communication

Choose one additional CMME 2000-level course

Choose two additional CMME 3000-level courses

Choose one of the following:

CMME 4000 - Practical Experience in Communication
CMME 4950 - Internship
or advisor approved substitute in communication leadership such as study abroad or debate *
CMME 4010 - Research Seminar in Communication
CMME 4020 - Project Capstone
