Requirements

In order to earn a minor in English, students must complete 30 credits in English, including:

ENGL 2000 - Literary Studies
ENGL Electives (3000-4000 level) (see Course Descriptions ) (15)

Choose two of the following three courses:

ENGL 2520 - Readings in British Literature I
ENGL 2530 - Readings in British Literature II
ENGL 2540 - Readings in American Literature

Policy for University Honors Program Students

Graduates of the University Honors Program who have completed all five of the literature courses in that program may earn an English minor by completing at least 10 credits in English at the 3000-4000 level.
