III. Concentration Requirements


27 to 45 credits required, including: 

Applicants specify an intended professional concentration area when applying to the program and are admitted with a declared concentration, which determines the required Program of Study. Professional concentrations include: (a) General (professional area of focus and courses are determined in consultation with the student’s faculty advisor), (b) Adult, Post-Secondary, and Higher Education, (c) Superintendent, (d) Principal, and (e) Program Administrator. 

NOTE: EDLR 671 - Expert Module  for a total of 3 credits is required for certain concentrations.  See EDLR program office for specifics.

Minimum credits required for degree: (90 to 105**)


NOTE:



*General, Adult, or Superintendent (choose one section over 2 years = 6 quarters at 1 credit each for a total of 6 credits)
    Principal or Program Administrator (choose one section over 1 year = 3 quarters at 1 credit each for a total of 3 credits)

**Some concentrations require additional credits, up to a maximum of 105 credits.
