MKTG 3630 - Social Media Marketing

5 credit hours
This course provides a practical, in-depth exploration of social media marketing and how it drives brand engagement and revenue for businesses and organizations. The course will focus on the following: research and analysis; how to harness artificial intelligence for content creation, personalization, and customer engagement; techniques for building meaningful relationships with an audience; development of effective social media strategies that align with organizational goals and target audience demographics across various platforms; and the ethical dimensions of social media marketing, including compliance with regulatory guidelines. The course typically culminates with a hands-on social media marketing plan for a real business.
