MKTG 4520 - Marketing Practicum5 credit hours This course allows students to integrate, apply, and reinforce the marketing skills and concepts learned in earlier courses; it is intended as a marketing “capstone” course. The course is typically based around a “real world” project, done on a consulting basis with an actual business or organization. Ideally, students would have completed all or most of their other marketing electives prior to taking 4520. Emphasis will be placed on making sustainable, ethical, and technology-enabled decisions that create value for the organization and its stakeholders (including customers). Permission from the instructor is required to register for this course.
Prerequisite Course(s): Grade of C- or above in the following: MKTG 3500, ACCT 2310, MKTG 3510, MKTG 4510 (either MKTG 3510 or MKTG 4510 may be taken in the same quarter as MKTG 4520)
