STML 5710 - Rituals of Community Belonging3 credit hours This course aims to increase students’ capacity to lead organizations from ritual depth. Three ritual dimensions of human meaning-making will be explored: making space, keeping time, and cultivating community. Students will engage in hands-on, experiential practice of three basic skill sets required to lead ritually, those involving bodily posture and gesture; the human voice; and organizational symbol and story.
