STMD 5122 - Leading from Spiritual Depth III1 credit hour
This course continues the student-practitioner’s work at integrating core spiritual practices with effective communal collaboration. The course sequence assists pastoral leaders in discovering methods for sustaining leadership in religious organizations, increasing capacity for leading change, and enhancing leadership skills such as hospitality, listening, feedback, and reflection. Prerequisite course: STMD 5121.
