SDAD 5740 - College Access and Equity

3 credit hours
An introduction to the field of college access and equity for advanced student development administration students. Using project-based service learning, this course will explore college choice, student affairs across systems to improve college access (K-12, non-profit organizations, higher education, etc.), and ways in which to serve as advocates for increasing access for underrepresented and marginalized student populations. Registration restrictions may be bypassed by the department with permission of instructor.
