Faculty supervised doctoral-level inquiry on a complex problem of practice useful to the broader professional community; the Thematic Dissertation in Leadership Practice (TDiLP) will include a scholarly written component - such as an evaluation report, policy brief, published article, etc. - and a professional presentation to community stakeholders and faculty.
