STMM 5270 - Christian Scriptures: Narratives

This course is designed to equip students with a fundamental knowledge of the Narrative documents from the Christian Scriptures: Mark, Matthew, Luke, John, Acts, and Revelation. These documents are studied in light of their historical, literary and theological milieu. This course also surveys some major interpretive methods in biblical criticism to provide both a framework for the study of the Christian Scriptures and some hermeneutical tools for preaching and teaching their messages.
