STML 5850 - Social Analysis: Skills for Unpacking Society’s Problems3 credit hours An analysis of conditions and concerns of contemporary American men and women who make up the church and society. This course will introduce and utilize a hermeneutical/sociological methodology to explore the impact and implications of changes in social and organizational life in the United States. Students will examine methods of leading change, organizational discernment, and options of decision-making toward transformation of organizational cultures.
