EMBA 5330 - Managerial Accounting for Business Executives2 credit hours Management accounting principles provide a structure for decision making by which managers are able to identify and generate essential information for: planning, evaluation and effective control of operations. The course provides a framework to evaluate how organizations articulate their value proposition through their capital structure and operating leverage. Topics may include: sales mix, pricing, strategic cost management, cost allocation, just-in-time, outsourcing and differential analysis, among others.
