THRS 3150 - Theorizing Religion and Violence

5 credit hours
Offers students the opportunity to explore a wide range of religious traditions on a global scale, with a specific focus on religious violence and responses to violence by religious communities. Students will be introduced to a wide range of theoretical approaches and models from the humanities and social science that are used to understand and explanin the relationship between religion and violence.
