SPEX 3221 - Principles of Resistance and Metabolic Training Laboratory1 credit hour This course is the lab component of the SPEX 3220 course which adresseses the application of anatomical, biomechanical and physiological principles in the development of training and rehabilitation programs. The course covers basic concepts of program design and implementation in the fields of fitness, athletic performance and rehabilitation. Majors with junior standing only.
