PUBA 2020 - Citizenship and Society

This course provides an overview of the ways in which students may engage in the field of public affairs in the nonprofit and public sectors. Students will address a variety of topics such as the changing scope and role of governments and nonprofits in American society, advocacy and democracy, service-delivery, leadership in public service, and issues of social justice.
