SPEX 2311 - Sport and Exercise Physiology Lab

1 credit hour
This course is the lab component of the SPEX 2310 couirse which introduces students to the acute responses and chronic adaptations of the body to the stresses of training using a mechanistic approach so that students first understand the details of how response and adaptation occur so they will be more likely to predict and control the response. Majors only.

Prerequisite Course/s: BIOL 1610/1611, 2200, 2210, CHEM 1500/1501
Co-requisite Course/s: SPEX 2310
