PLSC 3690 - Global Conflict and Cooperation

The course will address the twin themes of conflict and cooperation and how they can be resolved through diplomacy. The conflict/cooperation dichotomy is merged with a framework of force, order, and justice. The course features empiri-cal, policy, and theoretical perspectives. I.
