CMJR 4880 - Senior Capstone: Media Law and Responsibilities

Formerly - CMJR 488
A study of the laws and court decisions and legal philosophies that relate to journalists and individuals who use various social media to inform and communicate with the public.   There is an emphasis on libel, privacy, and copyright.    

Prerequisite Course/s: CMJR 2100, Journalism Major or Minor with Junior or Senior Standing or Department Permission
