PUBM 552 - Organizational Effectiveness

This class is designed to provide a framework for managing the effective implementation of a strategic plan. The class will provide both the theoretical and practical knowledge required to develop strategic plans that facilitate organizational change. Throughout the class, the student will work with real world entities to implement a framework that transforms a strategic plan into an organizational change initiative and an ongoing strategic planning focus.
