NURS 577 - Primary Care Management II: Chronic Problems Across the Lifespan3 credit hours Focuses on management of chronic health problems in primary care across the lifespan. Diagnostic reasoning is used to differentiate the basis of chronic health problems. An evidenced based approach to primary care drawing upon theories, research, clinical knowledge and national standards is used to develop therapeutic plans for chronic health problems across the lifespan.
