HEMB 519 - Global Strategy Formation

3 credit hours
Focusing on the long-term vision of the firm in relation to capabilities, competition, technology, and market forces, this course presents the tools by which an organization determines its strategic direction.  For HLEMBA students, emphasis is placed on the economic principles of competition and how they apply in the context of unique company strengths, competencies, and alliances to formulate business strategy.
