FINC 560 - Valuation of Businesses and Related Intellectual Property

3 credit hours
  This course focuses on practical approaches to business valuation and related intangible assets. The course will emphasize the valuation of technology firms and their intellectual property. The valuation of intellectual property will include patents, copyrights and trademarks. Additionally, issues related to the valuation of privately-held businesses will be explored. Prerequisite: MBA 515.
