EXLR 516 - Leadership for a Just and Humane World

This course involves a project requiringýparticipants to work in teams to serve a socialýjustice (vs. charitable) need in the community.ýGroups choose their domain of service, develop aýsustainable model for their project, and implementýtheir projects within the community usingýexecutive-level skills. The project is a learningýlaboratory, supporting regular review ofýparticipants’ experiences in leadership andýteamwork against a set of clear criteria.ýParticipants learn new methods for makingýdecisions, working in teams, affecting and leadingýchange, among other topics.
