The M.Ed in Educational Administration provides a deep dive into the structures, systems and practices that shape the way leadership operates within educational organizations. Over the course of the program, students develop a personal understanding of leadership practice and the tools to engage the systemic inequities built into our educational settings, empowering graduates to become informed catalysts for transformative change. The program is ideal for aspiring leaders preparing for future roles as directors, principals, deans and programmatic & instructional leaders working within schools and educational organizations.

The M.Ed in Educational Administration is designed for working professions and can be completed in six quarters. There are three Areas of Emphasis: Public Schools & Systems (including Washington State principal or program admin certification), Mission Driven Schools & Systems and People, Culture & Organizational Change
