The Leadership Executive Master of Business Administration (LEMBA) is a 20-month cohort program encompassing 60 credits over six quarters. This program complements executive schedules with courses offered in compact, two- to three-day modules (typically two to three days per month). The first two quarters of the LEMBA are the ELP Certificate, followed by four additional quarters. In addition to these courses, effective collaboration with teams, both self-selected and program-assigned, and co-curricular engagement must be demonstrated throughout the program.
