The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree gives students both the leadership skills needed to develop and lead dynamic, ethical, and highly effective organizations as well as the practical management skills needed to formulate budgets, understand regulatory and legal issues, and manage organizational operations.

Requirements
In order to earn the bachelor of arts degree with a major in organizational leadership, students must complete a minimum of 180 credits with a cumulative and major/department grade point average of 2.00, including the following:
