Requirements

To earn a minor in Spanish, students must complete 35 credits in Spanish including:

SPAN 1350 - Spanish Language III
SPAN 2150 - Spanish Language IV
SPAN 2250 - Spanish Language V
SPAN 2350 - Spanish Language VI
SPAN Study Abroad (3000 level) (see course offerings ) (15)

NOTE:

If a student’s native language is a language offered at this university, the student may not receive a minor in that language.

The Minor in Spanish requires a quarter-long (at least eleven weeks) learning program in a Spanish speaking country for the equivalent of at least 15 quarter credits.
