The Bridge MBA program is designed to equip students who have earned non-business undergraduate degrees with applicable knowledge, leadership, and decision making skills imperative to operating in the world of business. This one year, full time cohort program is designed to accommodate students who have recently completed their bachelor’s degrees and wish to broaden their knowledge base, as well as working professionals wanting to jump-start their careers.
. The program is constructed with the following objectives:
- Understand, integrate and apply substantive knowledge in a global context
- Identify opportunities and problems, generate alternatives, and justify recommendations.
- Recognize and address moral and ethical challenges, and defend a course of action.
- Communicate effectively across audiences and modes.
- Develop self-awareness, demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, and identify one’s vocational purpose.
Admission Requirements
Students seeking admission to graduate programs should contact the Albers School of Business and Economics at (206) 296-5700 or Seattle University Graduate Admissions at (206) 220-8010 for admission materials. Documents required for admission to the Bridge Master of Business Administration program includes the following:
- Completed Application for Graduate Admission and non-refundable $55 application fee (waived for Seattle University alumni)
- Completed supplementary applications essays
- Official transcripts of all post-secondary education institutions attended in the last 90 quarter/60 semester credits of an applicant’s non-business bachelor’s degree, including any transfer credits earned during this time, and any post-baccalaureate course work
- Official scores from the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) or the Graduate Records Examination (GRE)
- Current résumé
- If English is not the applicant’s native language, official English proficiency scores meeting the University entrance requirements are necessary. See policy 2008-01 in Admissions Policies for details.
- Students must have completed satisfactory coursework in financial accounting, spreadsheet analysis and statistics prior to enrollment.

Degree Requirements:
The program is designed as a 12 month, full-time cohort program requiring the completion of 48 credits including 14 three-credit courses and a six-credit capstone course. I. Required Courses

Students are required to complete an approved minimum of extracurricular activities which include participation in the Albers Mentor Program, Business Communications seminars, Albers Placement Center seminars, and participation in Executive Speakers presentations. |
