Objectives
A concentration in business economics enables students to deepen their understanding of the national and world economies as well as to develop economic analysis skills for careers in business, banking, investments, law, and government.

Requirements
In order to earn the Bachelor of Arts in business administration degree with a major in business economics, students must complete a minimum of 180 quarter credits with a cumulative and major/program grade point average of 2.25, including the following: I. Core Curriculum Requirements
Choose one of the following two courses:
NOTE:
*Major requirements must earn a C- grade or better. II. ASBE Business Foundation Requirements*
70 credits, including: Choose one of the following two courses:
III. Major Requirements*
25 credits, including: IV. Additional Requirements
- General electives to total 180 (20)
NOTE:
1. ECON 330 must be taken as part of the business foundation or as an upper-division economics course. 2. Internships or independent studies will not satisfy major requirements. * Major requirements must earn a C- grade or better. |
