FINC 343 - Financial Institutions and Markets


The nature, role, and operation of financial institutions and markets in the economy. The impact on the financial system and industries such as banking and insurance of rapidly changing structural, policy, and international conditions. Focus is on the institutional setting facing businesses today as they cope with financing and risk management concerns. Prerequisites: ECON 271, FINC 340.5
