I. Prerequisites:

EDUC 500 - Introduction to Educational Research
EDUC 515 - Multicultural Perspectives

Choose one of the following three courses:

EDUC 511 - Child Development
EDUC 512 - Adolescent Psychology
EDUC 513 - Adult Learning

II. Required Certificate Courses

17 credits, including:

CUIN 510 - Foundations of Curriculum and Instruction
CUIN 513 - Supervision and Leadership in Schools
CUIN 520 - Contemporary Issues in Curriculum and Instruction
CUIN 596 - Curriculum and Instruction Independent Study
EDAD 570 - Leadership in Education I
EDAD 571 - Leadership in Education II

III. Elective Courses

Choose two of the following courses:

AEDT 577 - Evaluation in Programs for Adult Learners
CUIN 512 - Models of Effective Instruction
Or other advisor-approved graduate level courses
